The food at dinner is absolutely delicious, and the service provided by the staff is top-notch. The bath in my room was particularly wonderful, providing a truly relaxing experience. Despite being a big hotel, the room felt secluded and private. The hotel's gorgeous spa facilities truly made my stay unforgettable, leaving me utterly relaxed. The location of the hotel was also convenient, being very near to Cribbs Causeway and providing easy access to the lakeside. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

The pool and spa facilities were excellent, with a refreshing water infused with lemon and orange pieces by the steam room. The welcome goodies in the fridge were a lovely touch. It was convenient to reach the pool and breakfast room from our room, making it very family-friendly.

The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, making my stay very comfortable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the spa facilities which were excellent.Parking was convenient and free during the weekends.The location was nice, as it was outside of the city centre, close to Cribbs Causeway.The balcony area was a delightful spot where ducks could be fed, adding a unique touch to my stay.I was impressed with the breakfast selection and the helpfulness of the breakfast staff.

The cleanliness was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. The hotel is conveniently located just a minute or so off the M5, one junction up from Cribs Causeway, making it easy to access. Parking was a breeze, and there was even a cash point nearby. I stayed in the premier suite, which exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with lovely views outside. The breakfast was delightful, and I enjoyed it at a table overlooking the garden area. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home.
