The location was great, especially for visiting Chester Zoo to see the Christmas lights. The hotel grounds were beautiful and well-maintained. The restaurant was excellent, with delicious food and outstanding service. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the peaceful night's sleep we had, despite there being a function taking place.

The warm cookies on arrival set a great impression and the cleanliness was excellent. The hotel facilities, including the gym, were brilliant. The location was perfect for visiting Cheshire Oaks and the zoo, and the hotel arranged transportation for us. Our family suite was spacious and ideal for our needs, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our anniversary special without any extra cost.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, even giving us a delicious cookie upon arrival. Our room was clean, tidy, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We also enjoyed a delicious meal at the marco pierre restaurant on-site. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was close to Chester Zoo and had easy access to transportation. we were thoroughly impressed and will definitely be returning in the future.

I can honestly say that there wasn't anything not to like about this hotel. The staff were all polite and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was beautifully designed. The hotel also took extra measures for cleanliness, making it feel safe during these times. The breakfast provided was good, with clear communication about peak times. the spa facilities were outstanding and definitely worth the extra cost.

The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. They helped me arrange taxis to and from the town center, which made exploring the area much easier. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the spa where I enjoyed a relaxing massage. I also loved the delicious food at the Marko Pierre restaurant, and the prices were quite reasonable. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and I appreciated that the windows actually opened, unlike many other hotels. The location on the outskirts of the city was peaceful and charming.
