The location was fantastic, with an array of restaurants nearby and popular attractions like the British Museum just a 5-minute walk away. It was also conveniently close to both the train station and the subway station, making it easy to get around the city. The room was spacious enough for two people, with comfortable twin beds that didn't make us feel crowded. We had everything we needed in the room, from toiletries to a television, and the air conditioning was a bonus. The hotel facilities were great, including a comfortable lounge area that was never too loud, even when it was busy. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the welcome cookie upon arrival was a delightful touch. Plus, the breakfast was delicious and satisfying.

The location was perfect, being close to Holborn station and within easy reach of the city's main tourist attractions. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, providing us with extra milk and even gluten-free toast and cake at breakfast. The check-in process was quick and easy, and we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a larger room to celebrate a birthday. The beds were comfy and the room was adequate for our needs. We particularly appreciated the birthday cake with a special message, which was a thoughtful touch.

The staff were amazing, always polite and friendly. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with tea and coffee making facilities and a large TV. The location was excellent, with three different tube stations close by and many attractions within walking distance. The breakfast provided was delicious, and we were glad we paid extra to have it included.
No menus for drinks or food in the bar, so we didn't know what was available.
