I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right beside Marble Arch tube station and in the center of the city, making it easy to access everything. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, especially the reception area. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent customer service. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the breakfast was delicious.

I had an amazing last-minute stay at this hotel for the BST festival in London. The hotel's entrance and lobby were stunning, and the bar and restaurant areas were equally impressive. The rooms were excellent, with well-stocked bathrooms and minibars. The hotel's location was unbeatable, with easy access to transportation, parks, restaurants, and shops. The staff were all friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel's Wi-Fi had great reception, and the Cumberland Lounge Pass, which included breakfast, afternoon tea, and unlimited beer/wine in the evening, was a great value.

We loved the excellent location of this hotel, as it was sooo close to everything. It was just a few minutes' walk from the main shopping areas and had Hyde Park on our doorstep, offering a sightseeing trip too. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel staff were attentive to all our needs, and the room was bright and comfortable. Additionally, we appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the fact that the hotel was close to the tube station for easy transportation.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
