The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and well-planned, with a modern ensuite.- The hotel had a convenient location, near the train station and within walking distance to the city center and shops.- The breakfast had a good variety of options.

The location was perfect for taking a cruise, within walking distance to the cruise terminal. It was also conveniently close to the city center, which was great for exploring. The staff were helpful and accommodating.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. They were friendly and helpful, providing me with all the information I needed. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, with the cleaning staff doing an excellent job. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was close to both the cultural and shopping districts of the city. This made it convenient for me to explore the city's attractions and indulge in some retail therapy. the hotel was within walking distance of the train station and the West Quay, making it easy for me to travel and return. the staff, cleanliness, location, and convenience were the best aspects of my stay.

The hotel had a great location, close to Red Funnel and within walking distance of a large shopping centre, TGI Friday's, and McDonald's. It was also very near the train station, making it convenient for transportation. The breakfast was good and worth the price. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cleanliness: The hotel was very clean, with exceptional cleaners who constantly made sure our rooms were stocked up and tidy. Location: The hotel is conveniently located across the road from the train station and within walking distance of shops and eateries.- Transportation: The hotel has a generous on-site car park, which is a great advantage considering the limited parking in the city.- Staff: The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. They stored medicine for us and always made us feel welcome and comfortable.
