The hotel is conveniently located in the nearby Westgate shopping centre, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities was impressive. I appreciated the kind and helpful staff, particularly Adrian at reception. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options.

The location was perfect, being very near Oxford attractions. The unique experience of staying in a prison was fascinating. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were absolutely fantastic. The breakfast provided was delicious and the facilities were top-notch. this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way.

The hotel had a unique design and conversion, with lovely furnishings and everything one would expect from a luxury hotel. The rooms were of a high standard, clean and comfortable with a prison experience in the old A wing. The location was great, with easy access to central areas and transportation. The breakfast was spot on, with good quality produce and cooked to perfection. The staff, including the concierge, were extremely attentive and polite.
