Hotel facilities: This hotel has a fantastic room with a Nespresso machine and complimentary drinks in the fridge. The bathroom is huge with a separate bath and shower. Location: The location is right in the heart of the city center, surrounded by bars and clubs. There is also a beautiful French restaurant in the basement next door to the hotel.- Breakfast: The freshly cooked breakfast in the morning is delicious, with a great choice of hot and cold items.- Staff: The staff at the hotel are friendly, helpful, and professional. They made us feel welcome and provided excellent customer service.

The cleanliness was top-notch, with the room and common areas always looking spotless. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a unique and charming pirate-themed tavern that added to the overall aesthetic. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always accommodating any requests I had and making me feel welcome and safe. The location was perfect for a short stay in the city, with easy access to transportation and a variety of nearby attractions.

The room exceeded our expectations in terms of size and was impeccably clean. The hotel facilities were top-notch, particularly the breakfast room which was well serviced and offered a wide variety of options. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the city and close to the train station and Arena. We found transportation to be incredibly convenient, with tram services and buses passing by nearby. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and we appreciated the upgrade and early check-in.

Right in the centre of the city, we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel's perfect location. Not only was it right in the middle of Nottingham, but it was also conveniently close to transportation options. the cleanliness of both our room and the hotel facilities was excellent. We were impressed by how well-maintained everything was, from the public areas to the room itself. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for nearby bars and restaurants.

Special mention must be made about Tania, a trainee who stood out for her exceptional service and dedication. The quirky decor throughout the hotel added a luxurious touch to our stay, making it feel like a true escape.
