The hotel is located in a lively area, just next to the river and a short walk away from the city center. The rooms were clean and tidy, with a beautiful view over this city. The staff were really helpful and friendly, storing our bags for us before check-in and after check-out.

The hotel's location in the centre of Bristol was ideal for exploring the city and attending the Hippodrome Theatre. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to meet all of my requests.

We loved the fantastic view from our room on the 9th floor, overlooking the city. The location of the hotel in the city center made it easy for us to walk everywhere and explore this vibrant city. The staff were incredibly helpful and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The cleanliness of the hotel, particularly our spotless bedroom, exceeded our expectations.

The hotel's location is excellent, right opposite the Hippodrome where we were going to see a show. It is also very close to a bus stop and located in the harbor side area. The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
