It is also conveniently close to the train station, arena, and central business offices. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had plenty of choice to start the day off right.

Check-in and check-out were fast and easy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel's bar and restaurant were modern and well-presented. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and the food was of good quality. The room was clean and had a powerful shower. The location was great, close to the central station, near the town center, and within walking distance of St Davids shopping center. There were also plenty of bars and restaurants in the area.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

From the moment I arrived, the staff at the reception desk, especially Mr Said, provided exceptional service. They were warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to offer recommendations and assistance. The room I booked, a Junior suite on the top floor, was spacious, spotlessly clean, and boasted a breathtaking panoramic view. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom well-equipped, and the amenities such as the large bathtub and toiletries were lovely. The room also had two 50' TVs, a fridge, a safe, a coffee machine, and reliable air conditioning. The hotel's location was excellent, right next to the shops in the city center. It was within walking distance of the train and bus stations, the Principality Stadium, and a wide selection of places to eat and drink. I would highly recommend staying here.
