Cleanliness, hotel facilities, location just off Pall Mall, staff. The hotel was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location, just off Pall Mall, was perfect for exploring this city's attractions, with easy access to Piccadilly Circus and being in the center of London's bustling vibe. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist.

From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted by really kind staff, from the doorman to the concierge staff who couldn't do enough to assist me during my stay. The hotel facilities were exceptional, with a beautiful and clean room that was well equipped and comfortable. The location was perfect, with many attractions within walking distance, making it convenient to explore this city. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including lots of healthy choices. the hotel provided a rich and vibrant experience that exceeded my expectations.

The location is unbeatable, close to Piccadilly Circus and the underground, with Regent St and Jermyn St close by. The hotel facilities are excellent, including a technician who did a brilliant job of rectifying a number of IT matters for us. The staff is absolutely terrific, attending to all our needs and providing great service. We were able to walk to most major attractions in this city, making it one of the best locations you can have a hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast and a pampered feeling throughout our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, as it was within a few minutes' walk to many major attractions in the city including Piccadilly Tube Station, Regent Road, St James Park, and Buckingham Palace. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we particularly enjoyed the spa massage and facial services offered by Zita and Emma. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, and we were even surprised with a special birthday treat in our room. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and we appreciated the attention to detail, such as the well-stocked coffee/tea tray with both a kettle and an espresso machine. The staff's communication and customer service were excellent, making our stay even more enjoyable.
