The room was spacious, clean, and provided great value for its central location. The views from our room were simply amazing, with a breathtaking panorama of the city. We loved being so close to the Birmingham Arena and having easy access to the canals, as well as a wide selection of bars and restaurants. The breakfast was top-notch, with a delicious full English that was the best we've ever had at a hotel. The staff were helpful, polite, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel with a stunning view from my room on the 24th floor. The room itself was brilliant, spacious, and had everything I needed. It was perfect for celebrating my friend's 60th birthday. The location was great, with all amenities nearby, including shops, cafes, and restaurants next to the beautiful canal. The hotel staff were friendly and the breakfast served with a view was definitely a highlight. the cleanliness of the room was impeccable.

The location was incredibly convenient, right in the heart of the city and close to the lovely canal side bars and restaurants. The hotel itself was modern and stylish, just like in the photos. I stayed in a spacious superior king room, which was well-maintained and had all the facilities I needed. The staff at reception were helpful and polite, and the restaurant staff provided professional and quick service. The breakfast selection was impressive, offering both continental and cooked options. And let's not forget the 18+ pool area, which was absolutely marvelous!

The location was perfect, as it was close to all amenities and had a buzzing vibe. The breakfast was excellent and the service was top-notch.
