We loved the location of this hotel in the heart of the city. It is tucked away in a little cul de sac, providing a quiet and intimate feel. The hotel is surrounded by great restaurants, cafes, and pubs. We could easily explore Piccadilly, Jermyn Street, and St James with just a short walk. there is a convenient access to Green Park via a discreet walkway. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and friendly. The breakfast was cooked to order and delicious.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The hotel is located in the busiest area of Central London, right beside Green Park. The Carriage House where we stayed was lovely and had great facilities including towel warmers and night floor lighting. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was amazing, especially Paul who made us a midnight sandwich when the kitchen was closed.

The best aspects were the convenient location on Piccadilly, Jermyn Street & St James, with a discreet walkway onto Green Park. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We also loved the tasty breakfast and the friendly and helpful staff. The transportation options were excellent, with the Green Park Underground station nearby. Couldn't find any faults at all.

The location was superb, being near upscale shopping and the busy West End. We were able to easily visit Harrods, Oxford Street, Hyde Park, and Green Park. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a wide range of options to choose from. The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service at the bar, we felt well taken care of throughout our stay.
Couldn't stay longer.
