We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to Westfield and Shepherd's Bush Station. It was also easy to get to the Olympia exhibition center. The hotel facilities were great, with clean and well-maintained rooms. The staff were friendly and made check-in and check-out a breeze. The breakfast service was excellent, with a great selection and even a takeaway option for early departures. The transportation options were convenient, with easy access to the tube and other modes of transportation. we were very impressed with our stay.

The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to shops and restaurants, including the nearby Westfield Mall. The staff, from Pedro in the executive lounge to Viorica in housekeeping, were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and varied.

The location was excellent as there were two nearby tube stations, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel was also close to nice cafes, restaurants, and a huge shopping center. It was only a short walk to the famous Portobello market in Notting Hill. The room itself was big, warm, and comfortable, with a nice bed and a very comfortable mattress. The cleanliness was top-notch, with the towels being changed daily. The hotel also provided useful amenities like an iron and hair dryer, and there was free bottled water in the room. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the overall experience enjoyable.
