The hotel had excellent facilities and the room was spacious. We loved the convenient location on the main street, within walking distance of the city center, restaurants, and the river. The hotel staff were helpful and the breakfast was outstanding. We also appreciated the easy parking and the fact that the train station to London was just a short walk away.

The location was very handy for exploring the city, as it was very near to major attractions like Windsor Castle, both railway stations, and the hop on/off buses. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and we appreciated the on-suite shower and comfortable furniture. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a good variety of options including cooked breakfast, cereals, fruit, and juices. The staff was exceptional, always smiling, kind, and helpful throughout our stay.

The location was perfect, right on the high street and close to all of the attractions in this city. It was also very safe and secure, with a car park that had CCTV. The rooms were beautifully decorated and had all the modern amenities I needed. The staff were incredible, providing excellent customer service. The bar staff, particularly Sam, were friendly and efficient, and even during breakfast, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The food was delicious, and I never felt rushed during breakfast, despite the hotel requesting reservations. this hotel was well managed and exceeded my expectations in every way.
